Getting free press

Who says there is no such thing as a free lunch? There are means to get free links and traffic to get you started.

1) Use the Text Link Ads

You are given $100 in free links. So plan ahead what link you want to utilise and anchor text to be placed. Note that alot of affiliate programs don’t allow CPC bidding so you want people to come to YOUR SITE and keep on coming.Words like free and here etc are a NO-NO. Make sure your text fits into their theme and stand out, so people will venture there. A deep link is always appreciated.

$100 would set you off to be placed on about 8-12 spots.Some may be site wide, but avoid those blogspots and low traffic. What you want is to convert those clicks to sales. You have 30 days to get that done.

2) Bidvertiser

You can be their Publisher to earn some extra cash first or their Advertiser.

By being an Advertiser, you are given $20 in free clicks. Yep. FREE $20 in traffic. But it’s a hit and miss as their traffic is abit of undesirable. Set your dermographics properly to target programs you want to convert to the highest element, like Hosting.Or something they can get for free, compliments of you.

3) Yahoo!

Forget yahoo! They are a rip off and you get rubbish traffic!

4) Adbrite

I’m giving away some next to nothing text links.
